Luggage

If you’re looking to travel light and avoid hassles, luggage delivery can be a convenient option.

Airport to Tour Start Point

If you prefer to travel light and avoid carrying your luggage directly, you can arrange for your bags to be delivered from the airport to your tour start point. This service typically takes around 1-2 days, depending on the destination and the time you drop off your luggage, so please plan accordingly. It’s a good choice for those committed to minimizing their load and ensuring a smoother journey.

Please visit the luggage shipment counter at the airport.

Same-day delivery from Narita Airport to hotels in Nasu is available, only if you drop off your luggage at the TA-Q-BIN counter at the airport by 10:30 AM (9:50 AM for Terminal 3). Please note that same-day delivery is not available from Haneda Airport.

Tour Finish Point to Airport or Next Destination

When it’s time to return home or move on to your next destination, you can arrange for your luggage to be delivered from your tour finish point to the airport or your next hotel. This service is essentially the same as the airport-to-start-point delivery option and allows you to travel without the burden of carrying your bags through various transport modes. Please note, this service typically requires about 1 to 2 days for delivery, though the timing may vary based on distance and specific service.

It is recommended to send your luggage before the “cut-off date” to ensure it arrives at the pickup counter at your destination airport at least one day before your departure. Many hotels are familiar with arranging luggage delivery services and can assist you with the process. It is advisable to confirm with your hotel about their capability to arrange these services and to provide advance notice.

⚫︎ Keep Valuables and Essentials with You and Send the Rest

If your suitcase cannot be delivered to your lodging on the same day, or in case of unexpected delays due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, make sure to take a night or two of necessities with you. Use your carry-on or a lightweight backpack to store important documents like your passport and train passes, as well as a change of clothing. Heavy outfits, extra shoes, and items you will use later in your trip can go in the suitcase you send ahead.
